About

I am a 27-year-old daughter of God, chaplain’s wife, stay-at-home-mother, amateur writer, MA student, and avid baker!

MeIn October 2012, I married a wonderful man of God who cares for me and challenges me to be a better person. It’s not always sunshine and roses, of course, but we have grown more together in the last few years through good and bad, than I ever thought possible. He is my sounding board, and is an essential part of this blog, partly because he encouraged me to go for it, and partly also because he reads the posts and gives honest feedback and approval before I hit Publish! 🙂

Wedding PhotoOn July 18th, 2014, we welcomed our beautiful daughter (G) into the world. She is happy, calm, inquisitive and a wriggler. I am extremely blessed to be able to stay at home with her full-time.

Baby Wiggles

Shortly after, on 21st November 2015, we welcomed baby number two, our gorgeous little boy (T)! Adapting to having two under 2 has been a challenge, but I feel blessed to have two such wonderful and calm children.

G & T

We also have a little black cat called Poppy, who has become another member of the family and provides much entertainment. 🙂

PoppyI love God, writing, baking, and photography, among other things. So this blog, a long time in the making, seems the perfect outlet for my creativity.
