I often go through periods of sleeping badly and pregnancy seems to have made this pretty constant, but someone told me an old midwives’ tale of how adding lavender essential oil to a hot bath before bed can help you sleep. I thought it worth a try, and it works about 90% of the time for me! Plus, achey pregnancy muscles? … Gone. πŸ™‚
