#100HappyDays - Day 74

Baking. I’ve always enjoyed cooking and occasional baking, but over the last few years, I have really discovered a talent for and a desire to bake more. I am blessed to be able to use some of our food budget every month to experiment and try out fun new recipes, and have discovered how much better (taste, health and money-wise) it is to bake from scratch. These rolls came out beautifully! Click on the photo for the recipe (although I used Greek yoghurt instead of sour cream, plain flour instead of bread, and I used clementine and lemon zest instead of orange for this particular batch).
